Founded in September 25th 2017 by Samuel T. Reddy, onboard the 2,400 passenger Norwegian Jade in England and with editions in Wales and Glasgow, the L2L Awards is the flagship platform globally for TriExForces providing that visibility by celebrating the achievements of people in the wider community and promoting a strong culture between individual and business excellence. The awards highlight people who goes above and beyond the call of duty, from children to teenagers, career workers to community leaders. Today the Leavers To Leaders Awards (L2L Awards) is run in England, Wales & Scotland and touching the lives of many people who otherwise would not be spotlighted.

L2L Awards is based on the International Best Selling book of Samuel T. Reddy who is an award winning British Exforces born in Mauritius. His career started out career in the local government in Mauritius and proceeded with a career with the British Armed Forces. He then became the CEO of 5 brands in the UK. His book Leavers To Leaders is a 25 years research and study of the art of transition and become a leader in your field. Today the L2L Awards is run in England, Wales & Scotland and touching the lives of many people who otherwise would not be spotlighted. He also run this award in his birth country- Mauritius to recognise the lives of similar individuals who goes beyond and above the call of duty.
